Training and development are key, businesses spent 90.6 billion on it in 2017 (yes, you read that right). Yet, 80% of employees are not engaged at work and we forget 70-85% of what we learn within 24 hours. Ouch.

What’s missing? A few things, but most times there is no plan on how to implement and sustain what is being taught. Most trainings provide what we need to do, I include how. I share how to leverage the brain to create sustainable habit change. That’s a big difference. With increased awareness of the problem and a plan, substituting and continuing a new behavior becomes clear.

There is nothing more that I love than sharing what I’ve learned to help leaders feel empowered in their role, fulfilled in their career, and motivated to impact the lives of their team members. I help you understand how to leverage your brain to improve your skills and behavior. Just like you know a little bit of math, a little bit of cooking, a little bit of tech, you can easily learn a little bit of neuroscience.
We all have a brain, it’s time you become very comfortable with the source of your power, I promise there is no reason to be intimidated by the word. It is becoming more and more prevalent in personal and professional development, neuroscience is your friend!

The principles of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety are universal to human beings, but your life is unique. You learn how to cultivate solutions based on these principles, meaning, the solutions you generate from this knowledge is unique to your life and leadership.
